About me:
My name is Julie Rodriguez, and I’m originally from Texas. I’m the first generation of my family to be born in the US and to go to college. I ’m currently working on my Master’s in organizational leadership. I’ve been fortunate enough to work at Apple for four years now. I started my journey at Apple as a college advisor through AppleCare, and then I moved to the Austin campus in August 2023. I absolutely love the company, the culture, and the values that Apple upholds.
What I have done:
I’ve been a part of the Apple family for four years now. In January 2021 I started as a college home advisor program with AppleCare program. By August 2023, I was approved to the Austin campus, and just seven weeks after I got the chance to do a rotation as a recruiter coordinator! My main job was to set up the first interview for engineers in the AMR region. I would schedule around 60-70 initial interviews every day, which included first contact, reschedules, and cancellations. It was quite a busy role!
